IMPORTANT: Most, but not all, of the items we sell are tax exempt on May 28th and 29th.

Labor & Fertilizer cannot be considered tax exempt.

Below is a list of items we sell that are exempt from sales tax on May 28th and 29th:

• Shrubs

• Flowers

• Mulch

• Soil

• Drip Irrigation Hose & Components

Below are items we sell that are NOT considered tax exempt this weekend.

• Metal Art

• Patio Furniture

• Fertilizer

• Labor (for planting trees and installations)

Per the Texas Comptroller (the organization responsible for collecting all state taxes including sales tax) Water-Conserving products may be considered exempt of all sales tax on the days of May 28-30th. Please note, we we will be closed Monday, May 30th.
